I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and had all the necessary amenities, but there were some issues with the shower head being located very low and the room not being ready until late in the evening. I would consider booking a jacuzzi room in the future.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and just the right size, with lovely windows letting in natural light. I will definitely book here every time I visit Edmonton. The service was top-notch with courteous and efficient staff, although there was a minor inconvenience regarding Wyndam rewards credit. The location was perfect, close to parks, businesses, and just a stone's throw away from the vibrant West Edmonton Mall. The dining experience was beyond my expectations, especially the buffet. Overall, a fantastic stay worth every penny!

The hotel has spacious and very clean rooms, but I was displeased with the heat in our room. The service was inconsistent, some staff went out of their way while others were rude. The location is perfect, close to essential stores and a short drive from the West Edmonton Mall. The dining options were limited, with additional charges, but the Italian food was surprisingly good. Overall, a comfortable stay with some drawbacks.
